Staff are here to help with Board processes and answer your questions. Both you and the staff member should communicate professionally.

The Board’s Code of Ethical Conduct requires practitioners to speak in a respectful and cooperative way. Any abusive behaviour toward staff may lead to the matter being referred to the Board.
