Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal Decision (pdf - 90 KB)
After considering all 548 submissions received from stakeholders, the Board has made a number of decisions in respect of its proposals and has released key findings on the scopes of practice defined for the medical imaging and radiation therapy profession under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003.
The Medical Radiation Technologists Board extends its appreciation to all those individuals and groups who responded to its consultation document on the scopes of practice for the medical imaging and radiation therapy profession.
